How do I request a quote?
Choose products from the catalogue, add the required quantities to your quotation list and submit your enquiry. You can also use the contact form. Readypal will then discuss specification, availability, price and scheduling with you.
Is a quotation request already an order?
No. A form or quotation list is a non-binding enquiry. The automated confirmation acknowledges receipt. You only place an order once you have agreed specific arrangements with Readypal and accepted the quotation or contract.
Does Readypal supply businesses and private customers?
Yes, both businesses and private customers are welcome at Readypal. Tell us your quantities and intended use so we can discuss a suitable proposal.
Which pallets can I choose?
The catalogue includes Euro / EPAL, wooden, plastic and CP pallets, as well as accessories. Check each product’s dimensions and specifications. Unsure which type suits you? Contact us for personal advice.
Can I offer my own pallets?
Yes. Use the Sell pallets form and state the type, estimated quantity, condition and location. You can also offer damaged pallets for assessment. The final purchase price and any collection are agreed with you personally.
Which photos can I attach?
You can attach up to five photos to the contact and selling forms, each up to 5 MB, in JPG, PNG or WebP format. An overview, top and underside views, and details of markings or damage help with assessment.
Who loads during collection?
In the selling form, indicate whether the driver needs to load or whether you will load the pallets. Also state whether a forklift or pallet truck is available and whether a lorry can reach the loading area. Our drivers hold forklift certificates and are insured by Readypal while working. Practical arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Can I arrange delivery or collect myself?
Discuss with Readypal whether customer collection, delivery or collection from your site is possible for your enquiry. State quantities, location and preferred schedule. Transport costs and timing are agreed in advance.
Does Readypal also repair pallets?
Yes. Tell us the type, quantities and damage. Readypal assesses the repair and reuse options. Photos can help us assess the situation in advance.
What does ISPM 15 mean?
ISPM 15 concerns phytosanitary treatment of wooden packaging material for certain international shipments. Tell us your destination and requirements in advance. Readypal will discuss whether suitable treatment is needed and possible for your enquiry.
Where can I find the EPAL licence?
You can open the EPAL licence using the footer link. Ask for confirmation of specific product characteristics or certifications in your quote.
