1. Who processes your data?
Readypal BV, Nieuwstraat 50b, 2840 Rumst, Belgium, company number BE 0884.213.002, is responsible for processing personal data relating to its website and enquiries. Contact: info@readypal.be or +32 479 25 78 06. Version: 23 October 2026.
2. What data do we receive?
When you submit a contact, quotation or selling enquiry, we receive the information you enter: name, company, VAT number if applicable, email address, phone number, location, your question and pallet details. You can also provide loading or unloading site opening hours and the preferred number of pallets per stack. Photos can be attached to the contact and selling forms. Selling enquiries may include details about loading, equipment and access. Technical data, such as IP addresses and session data, may be needed for website security and operation. Do not enter sensitive personal data and preferably attach only photos of the pallets.
3. For what purposes and on what basis?
We use enquiry data to answer your question, prepare a quote and carry out agreements concerning purchases, sales, repairs or transport. This is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or on performing a contract. Administrative data is processed where necessary to meet legal obligations. Security, abuse prevention and dispute handling rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where optional processing requires consent, we request it separately. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to advertising.
4. Who may receive the data?
Authorised Readypal staff and providers of hosting, website management and email services may process data for these purposes. A carrier or other operational partner receives only the information needed for the agreed assignment. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. Forms are stored on the website and forwarded by email; readypalrumst@gmail.com is the internal recipient. Using international service providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Ask us about the recipients and transfer safeguards applicable to your case.
5. How long do we retain data?
Retention depends on the duration of your enquiry or working relationship, the need for follow-up and applicable statutory administrative, warranty and limitation periods. Data that is no longer needed must be deleted or anonymised. Technical copies of photos uploaded through the selling form are scheduled for deletion from the website after seven days. Photos already sent by email are retained as part of the relevant case file. Ask us about the retention period for your specific enquiry.
6. Cookies and local storage
The quotation list uses a functional session to remember your selected products and quantities. The comparison tool stores selected products locally in your browser until you clear the selection or browser data. Login cookies may be necessary for signed-in administrators and accounts. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser; this may remove your quotation list or comparison. We use Google Analytics to measure website usage. These statistics are only loaded with your consent. You can refuse optional cookies and change your choice later through Cookie preferences. For more information, see our
cookie policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future. These rights are not unlimited: legal retention duties or others’ rights may apply. Email your request to info@readypal.be; we may ask for appropriate information to verify your identity. In principle, you will receive a response within one month.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
For questions or complaints, first contact Readypal at info@readypal.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, via www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be. When changes are made, we publish an updated version of this policy.
