Terms and conditions

Terms concerning enquiries, quotations, pallets and services for businesses and private customers.

1. Readypal and scope

Readypal BV, Nieuwstraat 50b, 2840 Rumst, Belgium, BE 0884.213.002. Email: info@readypal.be. Phone: +32 479 25 78 06. These terms cover the purchase and sale of pallets, repairs and agreed transport or treatment. They apply when made available before the contract is concluded and accepted. Individual written agreements take precedence, within the limits of mandatory law. Version: 23 October 2026.

2. Website and enquiries

The catalogue and forms are used to request information and quotations. Adding a product to a quotation list or submitting a form is not an order, payment or binding sale. An automated acknowledgement confirms only receipt of your enquiry. A contract arises once the parties have agreed on the specific goods or services, price and performance.

3. Quotations and prices

The quotation describes the agreed specification, quantities, condition, price and any treatment, delivery or collection costs. It is valid for the period stated in it. Consumers are informed of the total price, including VAT and all applicable charges, before being bound. Business quotations state whether amounts include or exclude VAT. Changes are discussed in advance and require agreement.

4. Products and use

Check that dimensions, specification, load capacity and any treatment suit your application. Used pallets may show normal wear; the agreed quality remains decisive. Load capacity also depends on pallet condition, load distribution and conditions of use. If in doubt, seek advice before ordering. An ISPM 15 or EPAL characteristic applies only when confirmed for the specific product or assignment.

5. Offering pallets to Readypal

An estimated purchase price based on a description or photos is subject to the agreed assessment of the actual batch. Provide quantities, dimensions, condition and location as fully as possible. The final price, accepted quantities and any collection are confirmed by agreement. You must be entitled to sell the pallets offered. An enquiry through the website does not oblige you to sell.

6. Delivery, collection and loading

The date, address, transport costs and loading responsibility are agreed in advance. State who will load, what equipment is available and whether the lorry can access the loading area. A checked box provides planning information; arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or contract. Any additional work or costs are agreed in advance. Legal rules on delivery, delay and transfer of risk continue to apply, particularly for consumers.

7. Payment and changes

Pay in accordance with the payment terms and due date in the accepted quotation or contract. If you dispute an invoice, contact us and explain the dispute. Any consequences of late payment follow applicable law and validly agreed terms. These website terms do not introduce a separate fixed compensation clause. For changes or cancellation after a contract has been concluded, Readypal will seek a solution with you, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.

8. Inspection and statutory warranty

Report any problem with delivery or performance as soon as possible to info@readypal.be, including your reference and a description or photos. Reporting visible damage does not waive rights relating to hidden or later-discovered defects. Consumers purchasing consumer goods benefit from a two-year statutory conformity warranty. Second-hand goods also have a two-year period, unless a shorter period of at least one year was expressly and validly agreed before purchase. Inform Readypal within two months of discovering a lack of conformity. Statutory remedies, including free repair or replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or termination, remain available.

9. Consumers’ right of withdrawal

If you enter into a distance or off-premises contract as a consumer, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason. For goods, this period starts the day after receipt by you or your nominated third party; for services, the day after the contract is concluded. Notify your decision in time to info@readypal.be or by post to Readypal BV, Nieuwstraat 50b, 2840 Rumst. You may use the form below, but any other unequivocal statement is sufficient. There is no general statutory right of withdrawal for on-site purchases.

10. Effects of withdrawal

Return goods within fourteen days of notifying withdrawal or arrange collection with Readypal. You bear direct return costs only if correctly informed in advance; for goods that cannot be returned by ordinary post, the applicable cost information must also have been provided beforehand. If that information is missing, Readypal bears these costs. Readypal refunds payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs, within fourteen days of notification using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed without cost. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until receipt or proof of return. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

11. Statutory exceptions and services

An exception to withdrawal applies only where permitted by law, for example for goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised. The exception must be clearly communicated before the contract; an ordinary stock pallet is not automatically a custom-made item. A service begins during the withdrawal period only at your express request. Any proportional charge or loss of the right after full performance requires all statutory conditions to be met.

12. Model withdrawal form

To Readypal BV, Nieuwstraat 50b, 2840 Rumst, Belgium, info@readypal.be. I/We hereby notify you that I/we withdraw from the contract for the following goods/service: Description: … Ordered on / received on: … Name of consumer(s): … Address of consumer(s): … Date: … Signature, only for paper submissions: … Delete as appropriate. You may copy this text or print this page.

13. Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to info@readypal.be or call +32 479 25 78 06. Readypal will try to find a solution with you. Consumers with an unresolved dispute may contact the Consumer Mediation Service via www.consumentenombudsdienst.be. Belgian law applies without prejudice to mandatory protection available to consumers. The competent court is determined by applicable statutory rules. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
